I was a little doubtful, because I get so motion sick! After reading a rave review I decided to order. These work great!! Get them!! I recommend them!! They have zero side effects and I felt amazing on my cruise. Change them every 20-24 hours for best results. They do have a subtle herbal type smell at first. Avoid eye contact- Be sure to wash your hands very well after handling them.

Bought these for my adult kids that experience motion sickness when they aren’t driving their vehicles. We went skiing and they were passengers in the car. Lots of time on switchback roads.
