Hidden Duty Fees to Canada

The products were fine. The bag was the best item. Luggage tags worked well. Never ended up using the sea sickness pads. My great disappointment was the COD charge of $25 when it was delivered and then no reply to numerous emails. Between the Canadian dollar exchange and then the surprise duty, I might not have placed the orders. Guess that’s why the duty was not explained. Canadians can source similar products at home and I recommend they do.
