Refund policy

Customers may return Cruise accessories within 30 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges may be made online. Shipping and handling fees will not be included in a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: SEASICKNESS PATCHES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS BECAUSE THEY ARE A DATED (TIME SENSITIVE PRODUCT)

SHIP-EEZ provides refunds in the form of the original payment that was made. Customers should be aware that international orders are not eligible for free returns.
